This iconic venue, steeped in history and cultural significance, is set to become a haven of artistic and culinary excellence, promising unforgettable experiences from midday to midnight.
Baccarat, renowned for its exquisite crystal creations, and Alain Ducasse, a visionary in the world of gastronomy, have reimagined Maison Baccarat as a dynamic space where art and culinary mastery converge. “I want to transmit a world of creation, re-creation and recreation,” Ducasse passionately states, encapsulating the essence of this ambitious project.
The ground floor will host a boutique that serves as a temple to Baccarat’s timeless and contemporary pieces. This includes the highly anticipated 260th-anniversary collection, which will make its debut in France.
Upstairs, the ballroom, which has long been a symbol of cultural avant-gardism, will continue to embody the spirit of celebration by hosting private events starting September 2024. This elegant space, adorned with Baccarat’s signature crystal chandeliers, promises to be the perfect setting for moments of joy and festivity.
The restaurant and bar areas, also set to open in September 2024, will offer a menu crafted by Alain Ducasse, where each dish resonates with Baccarat’s artistic vision.
