During an exclusive, one-night-only dinner, The Lana will bring together three of its acclaimed chefs for an evening of culinary brilliance that promises to be truly unforgettable. Taking place at Jara on Tuesday, April 29th, the Six Hands Dinner will unite Martín Berasategui, Jean Imbert, and Angelo Musa as they craft a three-course menu that reflects their individual mastery and collective excellence.
The dinner will feature starters and mains, each created by chef Martín Berasategui and Jean Imbert, with a sweet finale with a pre-dessert and dessert created by chef Angelo Musa. Guests can enjoy the Wild Turbot, featuring zucchini filled with spider crab, acidified courgette, and saffron sabayon and Beef Tenderloin coated with pepper crust, alongside a spinach & smoked potato purée.
To end on a sweet note, Chef Angelo Musa will present a pre-dessert of Almond Panna Cotta with almond ice cream and caramelised almonds, followed by a Rhubarb Sorbet with lemon balm chantilly and rhubarb juice.

Finally, on Thursday, May 1st, guests are invited to celebrate The Lana’s anniversary with a special edition of the hotel’s beloved Afternoon Tea, personally hosted by the legendary chef Angelo Musa at The Gallery.
The experience includes an extensive selection of premium teas, thoughtfully curated by The Lana’s two certified tea sommeliers, while savouring various traditional finger sandwiches including Smoked Scottish Salmon, Truffle Egg, Slow-Roasted Wagyu Beef, Alaskan King Crab and the timeless classic Coronation Chicken, among others.
To elevate the experience further, guests will have the unique opportunity to meet Chef Angelo Musa himself. This exclusive event starts at AED 500 per person including a glass of champagne.
