“My shift from software applications to real estate development was driven by a passion for transforming urban landscapes. With a BCA from GH Raisoni Academy, I began my journey in 2007 as Chairman of Karan Construction and Development, sparking my interest in construction and design. Moving to Dubai in 2014, my roles as a Senior Sales Consultant deepened my expertise in real estate. Now, as Managing Director of ANAX Developments, I blend my technical background with visionary architecture, driving innovative projects through all stages—from budgeting and design to on-site coordination and final delivery. My 15 years in the industry have equipped me to lead and inspire, turning urban dreams into reality.”

As ANAX Developments’ inaugural venture into Dubai’s accessible luxury real estate market, this project embodies our commitment to excellence and forward-thinking design. My role in this project is extensive, from the initial concept to overseeing the final phase. We embraced innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices throughout the development, including smart home systems and energy-efficient solutions, enhancing the living experience and providing long-term value for residents and the environment.
Scheduled for completion in Q4 2025, the project features 225 fully furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments across 19 residential floors. By incorporating a five-star hotel-style lobby, 24-hour security, and full concierge service, we ensure an unparalleled living experience. The positive market response and the project’s potential to elevate urban living standards in the region are clear indicators of its success.

Meditation, for instance, cultivates clarity of mind and focus. In the fast-paced business environment, where decisions are often made under pressure, the ability to maintain composure and think clearly is invaluable. Regular meditation practice builds mental resilience, allowing me to navigate challenges with greater ease.
Horse riding teaches essential leadership skills such as communication, trust-building, and clear instruction-giving. Establishing a bond with a horse requires trust and effective communication. These skills are directly transferable to leading teams and managing projects. Just as I guide a horse with clarity and confidence, I lead my team with clear direction and empathy.
Engaging in physical activities like horse riding also contributes to my overall fitness and well-being. A healthy body fosters a healthy mind, providing the stamina needed to tackle the demands of leadership roles. Maintaining my physical health ensures I am equipped to handle challenges both in and out of the office.
