“For sure, Dubai has a magnificent impact on the minds and souls of every resident. However, the impact on entrepreneurs is much different. Dubai unlocks the limits of thinking and dreaming, making it an entrepreneur’s heaven.”
You’re known for exploring new business opportunities across the Middle East and Africa. What drives your constant search for innovation and expansion?
“Our region is full of potential and has been lagging behind many industries for a long time. In a market like cruises, we currently hold less than 3% of the global market share. We have the opportunity to grow this share and bring more development to our region, and this is one of our group’s primary objectives.”
The Kempinski floating palace is a truly unique concept. What inspired such a groundbreaking project? And what challenges did you overcome in bringing it to life?
“Creating new ways of living that consider sustainability and environmental elements is a key aspiration for the project. However, I can’t deny that Dubai has its own aspirational impact, where you’re always encouraged to think outside the norm and create something that doesn’t yet exist.
As for the challenges, you name it, and we have it—from the design to the tiniest elements of decoration for such a megastructure to be fully floating. Despite these challenges, our capabilities and professional partners enable us to overcome most of them.”

“KFP is ushering in a new era in the hospitality industry, offering guests a unique luxury experience aboard a one-of-a-kind facility that floats on Jumeirah waters.
