Phase 1: Dubai Helipark
Launched last November 18, 2021, after being built in just 100 days, the Dubai Helipark is a certified commercial heliport boasting state-of-the-art safety systems with day and night operation capabilities. With eight heli parking slots, it is the largest commercial heliport in the country.
Phase 2A: Air Chateau’s Hangar
This state-of-the-art facility will be the first commercially owned and operated landside hangar in the UAE, marking a significant milestone in the country’s aviation market.
Phase 2B: Air Chateau’s Terminal/FBO
This terminal will further enhance the operational capabilities of Air Chateau, providing a seamless and luxurious experience for its clientele.
Phase 2C: Air Chateau’s Retail and Commercial Building
