Egle’s leadership experience goes beyond Shangri-La, having held significant positions at other famous companies such as Kempinski and Swissotel.
Egle’s expertise goes beyond operations. He possesses a keen understanding of the commercial aspects of hospitality, seamlessly balancing revenue growth with efficient expense management. This translates into a proven track record of creating successful hotel operations while prioritizing exceptional guest experiences.
Egle’s academic background includes a Business Degree from Germany and a certification from Google’s Squared Digital Marketing & Leadership Program. His passion for innovation extends beyond the classroom, as he is a published author with works highlighting his unique perspective on the hospitality industry.
