To honour the remarkable milestone, Carna and SLS Dubai mark the occasion with a four-day feast paying tribute to Dario’s extraordinary journey.

The festivities will begin on Thursday, April 17th and Friday, April 18th highlighting Carna’s beloved à la carte menu and a selection of Dario Cecchini’s specials. Accompanying the feast will be a live vocal performance serenading the guests, setting the perfect ambiance for a memorable evening.
The gastronomic experience continues with an exclusive dinner on Saturday, April 19th, where meat aficionados are invited to experience a curated à la carte offering featuring Dario’s most iconic dishes alongside new creations and a bespoke anniversary cake to mark the occasion. Guests can also opt for the set menu experiences starting at AED 250 for a selection of Dario’s signature dishes and AED 345 featuring the famed Bistecca alla Fiorentina and inclusive of a bottle of grape for two. The 50th Anniversary dinner will showcase Dario’s culinary journey, from his early days in Panzano to his celebrated partnership with SLS Dubai.
As the grand finale to the anniversary, Dario will host a one-of-a-kind Easter Sunday Roast on April 20th. Available for AED 350, diners can savour a special roast menu featuring premium lamb and beef cuts with a bottle of grape for two, alongside traditional Italian Easter treats such as Colomba cake and chocolate desserts. To embrace the spirit of the season, guests will receive a thoughtful chocolate egg, a cherished symbol that represents new beginnings. Carna will transform into a vibrant celebration of Dario’s legacy, complete with live entertainment and the unique opportunity to meet the legend himself and witness firsthand his mastery of butchery.
