MIAMI: Ferrari has unveiled its latest marvel in the 12Cilindri. This new two-seater berlinetta and spider is powered by a mid-front-mounted V12, promising an exhilarating experience you won’t forget.

The V12 engine, which has been a staple in Ferrari’s Gran Turismo cars since 1947, delivers an impressive 830 cv power output with revs reaching up to 9500 rpm.

Its design embodies sportiness, class, and elegance — featuring active aerodynamics, an 8-speed DCT gearbox, independent four-wheel steering, and advanced electronics like ABS Evo and Side Slip Control 8.0.

Drawing from Ferrari’s Formula 1 expertise, the 12Cilindri boasts innovations such as titanium con rods and aluminium alloy pistons for reduced weight and increased performance. Additionally, the intake system’s variable geometry inlet tracts and re-engineered plenum produce a distinctive symphony unique to Maranello’s V12 engines.

The 12Cilindri Spider also offers an open-top driving experience which amplifies the V12’s iconic sound. Its reverse-opening bonnet and sleek lines also highlight its aeronautical-inspired design, harmonising elegance and functionality.

With their newest masterpiece, it’s undeniable that Ferrari was able to capture their tradition while embracing a timeless design. As Chief Product Development Officer Gianmaria Fulgenzi aptly puts it, the 12Cilindri delivers “butterflies in the stomach at every shift.”
