This Ramadan, dining destination The Guild will showcase a menu that blends tradition and exceptional quality, guests will dine in a theatrical open kitchen setting with a feast to savour.
Guests will begin with an assortment of Medjool Dates, creamy Feta Cheese, Hummus, Dried Figs and other sharing dips accompanied by Artisan Bread, followed by a choice of Lentil or Yoghurt Soup infused with chicken broth and dry mint. The second course offers a delicious selection of shared plates that foster a sense of togetherness and culture, such as the Bafra Pide; a Turkish flatbread with bavette beef, romano pepper and traditional spices, or the Guild Fattoush, a crisp salad with sumac, radish, tomato, pomegranate, and pita. Seafood lovers can savour the Seafood Risotto with fresh prawns, mussels, clams, squid and lobster bisque.
For the main event, guests can delve into the Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder with orzo rice and cream fraiche, Braised Beef Chuck with pomme purée, or Rotisserie Chicken with grilled broccolini and dripping jus. To conclude the meal, choose from the fragrant Saffron Milk Cake or the all-round favourite Sticky Toffee Date Pudding, alongside a selection of refreshing Ramadan beverages such as the Laban Ayran and Tamarind Sherbet.
For larger gatherings, guests can elevate the experience with the Wood-Fired Lamb Shoulder, serving 4-6 guests, which is available for pre-order. The Guild also offers a private dining space, The Ritz Room, for an intimate Iftar experience accommodating up to 16 guests.
